SIMAN is one of the largest and most influential retail chains in Central America, known for its fashion and lifestyle offerings across multiple countries. I joined the company as its first Multimedia Coordinator, tasked with shaping how digital visuals would enhance the in-store experience.
I built the multimedia workflow from zero, establishing content schedules, producing motion graphics, animations, and audiovisual pieces, and overseeing the operation of videowalls and digital displays across the stores. I also collaborated with the marketing department to introduce SIMAN’s first motion-design layouts, working closely with the in-house advertising and design lead Ingrid Molina to set the visual standards for future campaigns.
The new visual system had a clear impact. It improved content consistency across stores, increased customer engagement with promotional areas, and helped elevate SIMAN’s digital retail identity, reinforcing the brand’s position as a regional leader in high-end department-store experiences.
